Richard Amato
Richard Amato
General Manager

Richard has more than 20 years' experience in the construction, wine, manufacturing and energy industries, both in public and private sectors. He is currently responsible for managing and growing Enerven's electrical infrastructure, construction and maintenance division, and for developing new business in the emerging Energy Solutions market. Richard is a Fellow Certified Practicing Accountant and holds a degree in Accounting and a Master of Business administration. He is also a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and recently completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard University.

Alison Bussey

Safety, Systems and Environment Manager

With over 10 years of experience in health, safety, environment and training management, Alison brings a depth of knowledge to any project that is difficult to surpass. As an experienced Safety, Quality & Environment (SQE) manager, Alison offers unique expertise to support project and contract leaders; and ensure SQE excellence across all operations. She is adept in developing SQE strategy, including integration of work groups, development of core risk programs, and technology and resource planning. Alison also provides leadership, performance management, mentoring, and growth opportunities to the SQE team. She also regularly liaises with external industry bodies relating to workplace health, safety and environment, to ensure her employer is both compliant, and abreast of any key developments within the sector. 

Wade Bubner

Head of Strategic Business Development & Growth

With over 15 years of experience in the Commercial area, Wade’s current position within Enerven as Commercial Contract Manager sees him taking responsibility for the overall commercial delivery of major projects. His strong background in financial modelling and contractual management makes him a key advisor in corporate and strategic decisions.

Wade’s noteworthy skill-set includes, but is not limited to, Corporate Governance, negotiating, developing and implementing commercial delivery strategies on complex projects, managing contracts and procurement throughout the full project lifecycle while tightly overseeing contractual risks and liability.

Wade has held several positions throughout his career that enable strong and comprehensive leadership. He has solid experience as a Senior Commercial Manager and Commercial Adviser, acquired both nationally and internationally.

Kelly Campbell
Kelly Campbell
HR Business Partner Lead

Kelly is an accomplished leader and human resource professional with over 15 years’ experience in both the private and public sectors, with a proven track record in successfully motivating and influencing others to deliver business focused outcomes.

Kelly identifies, drives and implements strategic change initiatives that improves the business and customer experience, by identifying links between market behaviour, financial results, and staff engagement.  An astute leader, Kelly projects beyond immediate vision to future potential of the business and employees. Kelly is a results driven leader. She uses data and reports to assess, analyse and measure organisational performance.  She is known for identifying continuous improvement opportunities through identifying and correcting inefficient processes and practices.  A recurring theme of her work has been the effective management of corporate and project knowledge, information and analysis to help inform strategic decisions

An astute leader, Kelly actively works with people to promote others to continuously improve themselves and the business. 

Kelly uses her commercial acumen to influence others to achieve results and shift both practices and behaviours.  She actively works with people to build strategic networks to achieve a culture of customer centricity and success.

Leon Cocchiaro

Program Director Zero Cost Energy Future

Leon has over 14 years of experience across a variety of senior roles. He has successfully managed lump-sum turnkey bids for renewable and thermal energy projects, coordinated green and brown field development opportunities, and has lead and coordinated Mergers and Acquisitions for green and brownfield development projects across the Australian and EU region. Prior to joining Enerven, Leon held the position of Corporate Development Manager at ElectraNet.
As the Head of Strategic Business Development and Growth for Enerven, Leon is accountable for developing, securing and maximising new revenue generation opportunities, whilst maximising market share and ensuring business viability.
Leon holds degrees in Mechatronic Engineering, with honours, and completed his MBA through RMIT University.

Nikki Cheesman-Dutton

Head of Operations

Nikki has over 15 years of experience in design, construction, engineering and power industries.  Nikki is a business turnaround specialist, delivering through others, building effective teams by developing individuals, executing strategic plans to adapt to environmental challenges, growing organisations with sustainable systems and controls poised to continue to deliver. She gains strong positive outcomes in transformation of multiple businesses, delivering profitable growth from successful execution of major contracts resulting in strong customer stakeholder relationships. Nikki has a key focus on achievement through others by building strong one-on-one relationships to maximise potential of individuals, provide a voice to staff closest to customers and issues and build trust, cohesiveness and energy. She has introduced a number of successful productivity improvement measures into client business through QQIP (self-developed) Process Improvement Methodology. She has demonstrated capability to make difficult decisions requiring practical and often creative solutions, combined with the aptitude to quickly grasp complex and highly technical concepts and support a team to adapt to change.

Nikki holds a Master of Philosophy and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Adelaide, she has completed a European Summer School for Advances Management from Aarhus University (Denmark), a Bachelor of Business (Enterprise Development) from La Trobe University, and an Associate Diploma of Business (Small Business Management) from La Trobe University. She has previously been a Board Member on PEER VEET Group Training & Registered Training Not-for-Profit Organisation, and has been a member of NECA SA and B2 Overhead Lines Committee.

Head of Commercial and Finance

Lloyd is a Strategic Finance leader with a broad range of transformative commercial skills acquired with global brands such as Penfolds, Lindemans, Rheem, and General Motors. More recently he has worked in strategic financial roles in the Fin-tech and Mar-tech space with both start up and global scale organisations such as Dentsu Aegis.

Consistently in his career Lloyd has worked with talented people, who have great ideas but need assistance translating them into the next level of financial and operational success. Often there will be significant organisational or commercial complexity to meet in the transformational journey.

Colleagues typically view him as being measured, collaborative and ethical with high expectations of performance. His leadership style is more influence based reflecting strong values and respect for the individual.

Executive Assistant to Richard Amato

Executive Assistant to Richard Amato, Zoe is a highly established professional Executive/Personal Assistant with over twenty years of business administration experience and supporting senior executives in the execution of highly confidential and commercially sensitive matters.

With close to 26 years’ experience, Zoe is focused upon continuous improvement and takes pride in producing work to a high standard.

An excellent team player who is well organised, with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. She is responsible for administrative support for Richard in the day to day management of Enerven. Working in both the United Kingdom and Australia, Zoe has a Diploma of Management, Certificate IV in Frontline Management and Completed the Professional Executive Assistant course through The Australian Institute of Management.
