Enerven is proud to welcome five new electrical apprentices, strengthening its commitment to developing the next generation of skilled workers and supporting Australia’s energy future.

The apprentices will join Enerven’s growing workforce and gain hands on experience while working alongside some of the most experienced professionals.

Included in this intake was two family members of existing employees, our second ever female electrical apprentice and an existing GSW who won the role of apprentice.

Richard Amato, CEO of Enerven, said the intake reflects the company’s ongoing investment in people and skills development.

“Apprenticeships play a critical role in building a strong, capable workforce for the future,” Mr Amato said. “By welcoming these five new apprentices, we’re investing not only in their careers, but in the long-term capability of our business.”

General Manager of People and Support Services Ali Bussey said Enerven is proud to provide opportunities that support both individual growth and the regions in which the company operates.

“Our apprentices are the future of Enerven. We’re committed to creating an environment where they feel supported, challenged and proud of the work they do,” Ms Bussey said. “Our apprentices will receive structured training, mentoring and on-the-job learning, giving them the technical skills and real-world experience needed to build long-term careers in the industry.”

“We wish our new apprentices all the best as they embark on this exciting journey.”
