Enerven supporting Adelaide’s growth

Our efforts at Riverlea have been instrumental in the successful completion of the first 16 stages of construction. Enerven has worked closely with the Walker team and various design houses to develop a masterplan that is both visionary and constructable. Over the past three years, we’ve installed approximately 46 kilometers of underground high-voltage (HV) cable and 40 kilometers of low-voltage (LV) cable, a testament to our team’s capability and commitment.

The vision for Riverlea is ambitious: Walker Corporation plans to build 12,000 homes, complemented by schools, waterside restaurants, cafes, and a centerpiece $80 million retail center.

Riverlea is just one part of our broader efforts across Adelaide. Enerven currently manages seven additional work fronts for various civil contractors and developers, spanning regions including the Barossa, Mount Barker, and Hindmarsh Island. These projects are supported by 16 dedicated field workers, with three more team members joining soon to help maintain our standard of excellence.

Next steps

The next stage of work for the team will be to connect power and communications to the site of a new school being built in the development.
