  • Substation Design and Construction 
  • Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) Design and Construction 
  • Protection systems (Electrical Streams)
  • On site Engineering experience in either Site Project Engineering or Site Commissioning.
  • Bulk civil and drainage (Civil Engineering). 
  • Transmission line infrastructure (Structural Engineering streams). 
  • Automation and control systems for transmission level infrastructure. 
  • Application of safety and risk management through engineering principles. 
  • An understanding of how renewable energy infrastructure fits into the transmission network. 
  • Lifecycle of major infrastructure projects from concept to construction and operations. Including bidding/estimating/winning projects. 
  • Working with a multi-discipline engineering team. (All of the program streams work in concert to deliver infrastructure)

What are the rates of pay?

Competitive graduate salary of $115,769.10 base, plus a range of employee benefits.

How long is the program?

The Enerven Graduate Program runs for two years and includes:
