From high-voltage engineering and battery energy storage systems to project management and corporate services, women across Enerven are contributing to some of the country’s most significant renewable and transmission projects.

International Women’s Day (IWD) is an opportunity to recognise the contributions of women across Enerven and celebrate the diverse experiences and perspectives that strengthen our organisation.  Across our projects, women play a vital role in delivering the infrastructure that underpins the energy transition.

Enerven Chief Executive Officer Richard Amato said the impact of women across the business continues to shape Enerven’s success.

“At Enerven, the expertise, leadership and commitment of our women strengthen our culture and improves the way we deliver for our clients,” said Richard. “Our business is evolving fast and so is our workforce, and women are central to our success across the field, design, strategy and leadership.”

“International Women’s Day is an opportunity to recognise the contribution women make across our business and as well as reaffirming our commitment to creating workplace where everyone is valued and heard.”

As we mark International Women’s Day 2026, we are proudly spotlighting five women whose careers reflect the depth, expertise and diversity of our national workforce.
